Never received product or any responses to questions

I paid for 3 months but never received ANYTHING. And there has been no communication at all from the vendor or from cratejoy. No responses to my multiple inquiries.
Don't use this service - it is a scam.

Never received boxes

Thought it would be awesome Christmas gifts for my 5 grandkids. Only 2 got their products. Have written numerous times to Crate Joy and they say being sent to the different sites with my concerns. NO response ever. I have lost hundreds of dollars and very disappointed and sad grandkids.

Very poor quality and poor supplies

Very poor quality and poor supplies. Honestly we got $5 worth of craft supplies but it costs $35. Unreal. DO NOT PURCHASES. I paid in advance for 3 craft boxes, but canceled after the first one and the company is giving me the run around about getting a refund the for the 2nd and 3rd craft boxes that haven't shipped yet. The website claims you can get a refund if you don't want the remaining crafts but don't believe them. SCAM ALERT

My daughter purchased a 3 box…

My daughter purchased a 3 box subscription for me for my birthday in January. It is now July and I have only received 2 boxes. I have reached out to the seller, as my daughter has, and not once received a response. Stay away from this company, they have no customer service and they obviously are not trustworthy.

Abusive company that respects no privacy

Tl;Dr They will contact you without your consent, hostile to requests to stop.

I originally became aware of them because they sent unsolicited emails to me. No big deal, clicked unsubscribe. Emails kept coming. Sent an email asking for unsubscription, started getting emails DAILY. Eventually had to create a block rule to filter them and report spam after repeat unsubscribe attempts failed and it became clear their emails came from multiple sub-domains.

Worst Gift Ever for a Dedicated Co-worker of 18+ years!

Like other reviews I am seeing NOW after buying a six month seed subscription for a co-worker's retirement gift, I am completely disappointed and disillusioned with this service. The product has not been delivered well beyond the date it was supposed to be. My coworker and I have both reached out to the company and emails were returned as Email Delivery Failure. Neither Bloomin' Bin nor Cratejoy can be reached through their websites and my "account" is apparently nonfunctional now that my credit card has been charged. There is no customer service phone number and the Chat Help is a quick dead end. My gift was So Clearly A Miss. I would highly NOT recommend.

I'm giving one star because I can't…

I'm giving one star because I can't give anything lower and because, IF you receive a box, it is actually a decent product. I somehow got the single-ship box that I had requested (an "escape room" variety) a couple of months ago and we enjoyed it. So I tried to order more. I tried to order them as "gifts" which is the only way you can select one to not renew. But I couldn't complete the order. It wouldn't move past "complete your order." I sent them an email describing the issue and received a bounce-back email that essentially repeated my message to them WITHOUT saying that they would get back to me. Nobody has. I thought my initial problem might just be a glitch so I tried again today. Same problem; can't complete the sale. I tried to "chat" with a customer service rep, which was clearly a bot. When I tried to type in more about the issue, there was no option to SUBMIT your comment. And there is no phone number to call.
Their complete lack of customer service turned me from a potential repeat customer into a non-customer.

Made a mistake going with cratejoy

Made a mistake going with cratejoy. All three boxes were sent at the same time on a 3 month subscription. Support said they will contact seller, seller didn't respond so they closed the ticket. Absolutely the worst both in product and even worse in support.

Horrible customer service

I'd give negative stars if I could I ordered in November for the start of a 3 month subscription. Today not one month has arrived. Now that they have my money, two months of emails and website contact has netted no response. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.

I wish I read the reviews before…

I wish I read the reviews before coming on here. Never received my package and is out more than $54 more then 6 weeks later the company coffee and classic didn’t respond. And cratejoy sent back a snooty email saying they’ll try to contact the company but oh well your loss.
